Highly recommend Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair! John was friendly, upbeat, and a big help getting us scheduled right away. We live in our RV full time so that meant a lot. Alex the owner and mechanic did a thorough test drive, took the time to explain the situation, shared his knowledge, and gave us a helpful analysis. He also told us to keep him updated if there was a new development. Kim was helpful and hospitable too! Great team and a big thanks from two grateful old RVers. It’s rewarding to still find quality service, help, knowledge, integrity, and generosity. Much continued success and all the best!

left pretty frustrated. i made a 9am apt to have my heater fixed (on the camper i live in daily) and described what was wrong with it. was told they’d need my van all day and possibly into the next day to fix it, totally fine. then almost end of day after it’s there for hours they tell me the heater would need 3-4 hours of work and i’d need to make another apt a different day. not sure why on earth i wasn’t scheduled an appropriate time length appointment in the first place or why you’d tell me you’d need my van for 8 hours or possibly longer if you didn’t have the 3-4 hours they said it needs work done on it. i just feel like i spent my entire day just sitting at a coffee shop waiting for something to be fixed and my time was not respected.

I trust Blue Lake with my fleet vehicles AND my personal vehicles. They have extensive knowledge, and care about YOUR needs. Prices are very reasonable, and they stand behind their work. They have never tried to up sell me on things I don't need for either my fleet vehicles or my personal vehicles. They will have my business until I move or die.

Just moved into the area and what a relief to have a reliable RV repair service nearby. Everyone was super professional and the mobile repair person they sent over was just what I needed. They are honest about the work and the billing was very reasonable for getting someone out here like that. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll be utilizing Blue Lake again someday but I can rest easy knowing who to call. I also intend to bring in my truck for their auto service as I've sadly had to leave my fav mechanic in Vancouver behind.

Ive known Brad 16+ years, there is absolutely no other shop I'd ever trust. The service is impeccable. Everyone is genuinely so nice and honest. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
